Order Tracking

Every order includes a tracking number. You'll receive your tracking information via email once your order ships. Click the link in the email to follow your package in real-time.

Customs & Import Duties

For orders shipped outside the EU, your country may charge customs duties or import taxes upon delivery. These fees are determined by your local customs authority and vary by location. Uncollected Packages

If we ship your order to the address you provided and delivery is attempted but unsuccessful (e.g., you are not home), the carrier will store your package at a nearby pickup point (such as a UPS Access Point, FedEx location, DHL Packstation, or similar facility). Please pick up your package within the timeframe specified by the carrier. If the package is not collected in time and is returned to us, we will need to deduct the return shipping costs and any associated fees from your refund.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges: Changed your mind? No problem! You can return unused items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition and packaging.
